In vitro Biofumigant effect of Brassica spp. (Brassica juncea, B. nigra, B. carinata and B. napus) was determinate in the growth of Phytophthora cactorum and Verticillium dahliae, and the stage of the life cycle (vegetative, flowering and fruit in four concentrations), with greater suppressive effect ; evaluated of the biofumigant potential of Brassica spp. were done by determining the profile of glucosinolates. Three strawberry isolates of P.cactorum (P4M, P10M and PCECT), and two tomato and melon isolates of V.dahliae (V2694 and V2884) were tested.
