The graduate project exhibition, Eukaryotes, is an installation of glass and ceramic sculpture that considers relationships in our environment. The concept of environment is based on relationships between all living and non-living things. As living beings who strive to proliferate ourselves, we care about our environment. In this way, Eukaryotes encourages the consideration of our relationships in and to the environment. We have an impact on our environment, (it would be impossible to avoid this), and the environment has an impact on us, either by sustaining or destroying us. Human beings have adapted to a level where we have an ability to dramatically manipulate the environment, and it has always been a part of our success as a species to ...
