Review of literature suggests that mentees as well as mentors can strongly benefit from the mentoring relationship given the careful design of the development, implementation, supervision, and evaluation of the program. This graduate project assists school counselors toward the creation of a cross-age-peer mentoring program that designed to deliver a battery of academic, social and personal support from student to student; furthermore helping a larger group of students improve in an academic and social setting.
