The purpose of this project was to create a sex education curriculum for secondary school adolescents to address issues regarding risky sexual behavior. The design of the Dennis Sex Education Curriculum (DSEC) incorporates comprehensive sex education with parental involvement and the promotion of safe sex, rather than encouraging adolescents that their only option is abstinence.
