This study examines the effect of gender, socioeconomic status (SES), and perception of school support on depression among adolescents. The dependent variable for this study is depression among adolescents. The independent variables are gender, socioeconomic status, and perception of school support. The findings of this study revealed that there is a correlation between gender, socioeconomic status, and perception of school support on depression among adolescents. The study showed that being female is a key predictor of depression. Another key predictor of depression among adolescents is the perception of school support.
