Producing instructional video for the timber industry

This paper was written to serve as an introduction to\ud instructional video production for tiraber industry\ud officials. Discussed herein is the applicability of video\ud to the timber industry and the development steps required to\ud produce a scripted, edited instructional video. The focus\ud of the paper is on content development and the role of the\ud tiraber industry official as producer. The technical aspects\ud of video equipment and their methods of usage are not\ud discussed except as necessary to improve understanding of\ud the video production process.
