Atypical pyoderma gangrenosum following total knee replacement surgery: first report in dermatologic literature

An atypical pyoderma gangrenosum mimicking a post surgical cutaneous and subcutaneous infection is being reported for the first time in international literature after knee replacement surgery with the operation site being the starting point of pyoderma gangrenosum.
