Project (D.P.T., Physical Therapy)--California State University, Sacramento, 2015A 23-year-old patient with left shoulder pain was seen for physical therapy treatment for six sessions starting April 2, 2014 to May 7, 2014 in an outpatient clinic under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. \ud The patient was evaluated at the initial encounter with postural assessment, range of motion, manual muscle tests, special tests for the shoulder complex, pain intensity using the Numeric Pain Rating Scale, and function using the Disabilities of Arm, Shoulder and Hand questionnaire, after which a plan of care was established.
