Project (D.P.T., Physical Therapy)--California State University, Sacramento, 2015.A patient with Infantile Spasms and Developmental Delays was seen for physical therapy treatment-provided by a doctoral student of physical therapy for 13 sessions from March to May 2014 at a university setting under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. \ud The patient was evaluated at the initial encounter with the Gross Motor Function Measure-66, the Peabody Developmental Motor Scales-2 and a plan of care was established. Main goals for the patient were independent ambulation with a walker, standing balance, and functional strength.
