ABSTRACT Objective: To analyze the existential movement of women with heart diseases in the context of Reproductive Planning. Method: Qualitative with Heideggerian phenomenological approach. Seventeen participants with heart disease and with recent experience of pregnancy at a reference institution for maternal risk participated in the study, through the phenomenological interview. Results: Two units of meanings emerged in the hermeneutical analysis: To be more attentive and concerned with the treatment because the problem remains the same; Expressing that they don´t want to get pregnant anymore because they´ve reached the limit and to seek planning in doing the tubal ligation.
