Condom-free pornography and its effects on viewers' sexual desires and behaviors

This thesis examines the cultural role of condom-free pornography within the\ud context of gay men's lives. Utilizing qualitative interviews and grounded theory\ud analysis, this project reveals the ways in which the presence or absence of condoms\ud in pornography watched by gay men serves as cultural marker for gay men???s\ud historical sense of sexual self and the ways in which it affects the perceptions of\ud their identity, community and interpersonal relationships particular in reference to\ud gay men???s particular role in the history of the HIV/AIDS epidemic
