Includes bibliographical references (pages 106-108)A comparison between the Method of Moments and the\ud method of Self-Consistent Geometrical Theory of\ud Diffraction is presented for the case of a two dimensional\ud perfectly conducting rectangular cylinder illuminated by a\ud TE and TM plane wave. Comparisons are made for several\ud angles of incidence and scattering surface dimensions. The\ud comparisons show relatively good aggreement between the\ud Method of Moments and the method of Self-Consistent\ud Geometrical Theory of Diffraction for surface dimensions\ud of three wavelengths and greater.
