Civil Engineering Annual Assessment Report to the College 2013-2014

Describes the Civil Engineering and Construction Management Department's Civil Engineering Program assessment activities for the academic year 2013-2014.The Civil Engineering annual assessment report to the College for the Office of Academic Assessment. The department aligns its course, student outcome, and program outcome assessments along its ABET requirements, assessing 14 different SLOs at least once during its 6-year ABET accreditation cycle. This year, direct and indirect assessment of 7 SLOs was conducted through the assessment of student performance in six different courses. Successful fulfillment of all criteria as suggested by ABET in Fall 2013, as well as a six year renewal of ABET accreditation, indicate student learning success
