Includes bibliographical references (pages 45-47)A study was conducted to evaluate the effect of a\ud worksite diet and exercise wellness program on the\ud exercise, food habits, and opinions of the participating\ud employees. Data were collected by means of a pretest and\ud posttest questionnaire distributed to all program\ud participants. Questionnaires were developed to acquire\ud opinions and information concerning the exercise and food\ud habits of the participants before enrollment in, and after\ud completion of, the wellness program.
