Includes bibliographical references (pages 44-47)This study assesses student satisfaction with a counselor education program titled the Pilot Program. This innovative project was team taught by six professors and involved forty students. The program spanned two years and included a variety of training and educational methods. Included was a personal growth group, training in specific helping skills and behaviors, lectures, discussions and demonstrations.\ud At the end of the program, participants completed survey questionnaires and assessed the various program components.
