Neste trabalho pós de CaCu3Ti4O12 foram preparados por reação em estado sólido e por técnicas de solução: complexação de cátions e coprecipitação dos oxalatos. Foram realizados estudos de formação de fase, densificação e propriedades dielétricas das cerâmicas sinterizadas.
