Introdução: A Síndrome HELLP é uma complicação das formas graves de préeclampsia caracterizada por hemólise, elevação das enzimas hepáticas e plaquetopenia. O tratamento gera discussão principalmente nos casos abaixo de 34 semanas. Objetivos: Caracterizar a população internada com diagnóstico de Síndrome HELLP no HCFMUSP entre 2001 a 2011. Associar os parâmetros clínicos e laboratoriais maternos como preditores de complicações maternas e perinatais. Caracterizar os resultados perinatais e complicações maternas na conduta conservadora.
