Capital\ud expenditure budgeting philosophy in general will be discussed\ud and a few of the current problems and corresponding\ud solutions contained in current health care literature will\ud be addressed. This project also outlines the format for\ud establishing a capital expenditure budget for hospitals,\ud as well as describing and comparing the specific capital\ud expenditure budgeting system at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center\ud to a standard capital expenditure budgeting system
