Desse modo, é relevante papel da estabilidade e consistência no desenvolvimento de ações motoras habilidosas, que auxilia na capacidade de adaptar às distintas demandas ambientais. Uma das formas de investigar a adaptação é buscar entender a contribuição do sistema nervoso central, e das diferentes circuitarias corticais relacionadas a este processo, e suas possíveis relações com as funções executivas. Desta forma, o transtorno de déficit de atenção e hiperatividade foi utilizado neste estudo como modelo experimental de disfunção executiva. Os objetivos foram investigar a adaptação motora diante de perturbações previsíveis e imprevisíveis e suas relações com as funções executivas, por meio de uma tarefa motora (tarefa de timing coincidente) e de diferentes instrumentos de avaliação neuropsicológica. O estudo contou com dois grupos (n=41), GTDAH (grupo formado por indivíduos portadores do transtorno do déficit de atenção e hiperatividade) e o GC (grupo controle), sendo que os mesmos indivíduos foram submetidos à mesma tarefa motora, sendo manipuladas a previsibilidade / imprevisibilidade das perturbações. O experimento teve duas fases: pré-exposição, na qual os sujeitos realizaram a sequencia na tarefa 2-3-4-5, com um tempo alvo de 3150ms, e exposição, na qual perturbações previsíveis e imprevisíveis, com tempos de 2150ms e de 4150ms, respectivamente, foram inseridas entre as tentativas controle. Como medidas de desempenho foram utilizados os erros absoluto e constante e o tempo de reação. Os resultados foram analisados a partir da média contrabalançada em blocos de nove tentativas de cada tipo de perturbação da fase de exposição. Inicialmente foi realizada a análise descritiva dos dados e, posteriormente, a análise inferencial das medidas adotadas no estudo e, por último, as medidas de desempenho foram relacionadas com as medidas neuropsicológicas.Foram utilizados os testes não paramétricos de Friedman (comparação intragrupos); Wilcoxon, (post-hoc); Mann-Whitney (comparação intergrupos) e o procedimento de reamostragem / bootstrap para a correlação linear entre as medidas neuropsicológicas e motoras. O nível de significancia adotado para todos os testes foi de p<0,05. Os resultados do presente estudo indicaram que o GTDAH, de uma maneira geral, apresentou um desempenho aquém, quando comparado com o GC em relação às três medidas de desempenho utilizadas; a adaptação, diante das medidas de desempenho, foi determinada pelas características das perturbações. Foram encontradas correlações entre as funções executivas: atenção, tempo de reação e flexibilidade cognitiva.Acquisition of skilled behavior is an ongoing process that involves the transition from variable and inconsistent actions to consistent ones. One way of investigating adaptation is trying to understand the contribution of the central nervous system, as well as the different cortical circuits related to this process and their possible relationships with executive functions. Thus, the attentional deficit of hyperactive disorder was used in this study for experimental model of executive dysfunction. The aims was to investigate motor adaptation in the face of predictable and unpredictable perturbations and their relationship with executive functions, through a motor task (coincident timing task) and different instruments of neuropsychological assessment. The study included two groups (n=41), ADHDG (a group of individuals carrying the disorders) and CG (control group), whereas the same individuals were subjected to the same motor task and it was manipulated the predictability / unpredictability of perturbations. The experiment had two phases: pre-exposure, in which subjects performed the task in the sequence 2-3-4-5 with the time constrain of 3150ms; and exposure, with predictable and unpredictable perturbations with times of 2150ms and 4150ms, respectively, inserted between control trials. As performance measures it was used the absolute and constant errors and reaction time. The results were analyzed from the average offset of blocks of nine trials from each type of perturbation during exposition phase. First of all, it was realized the descriptive data analysis and, subsequently, the inferential analysis from the adopted measures in the study and at last, the performance measures were related with neuropsychological measures.
