The problem of how to enhance the chances of success in implementing Operations Research and Management Science (OR/MS) programs is presented and discussed. Also, arguments for the importance of this problem are presented. The hypothesis, that "a Multiple Level Benefits (MLB) implementation technique yields more positive attitudes toward the program and that these positive attitudes will continue" is described and assessed.
