Ajustes na rigidez dinâmica das articulações do membro inferior em resposta a diferentes condições de marcha

O primeiro estudo investigou esses ajustes frente ao aumento de carga transportada ao andar. Especificamente, foi analisada a rigidez dinâmica das articulações do membro inferior e a orientação do centro de massa total do sistema ( participante e mochila - CMtsis) com relação ao tornozelo e ao joelho. Treze participantes foram avaliados em duas condições de marcha: sem carga e com carga ( carga correspondente a 30% da massa corporal). A rigidez dinâmica foi calculada como a inclinação da curva momento articular x ângulo articular durante as principais fases de absorção de potência articular do tornozelo, joelho e quadril no plano sagital. Foram calculados dois ângulos no plano sagital: (1) entre a vertical e um vetor que liga a localização do CMtsis ao tornozelo ( CMtsis-tornozelo) e (2) entre a vertical e um vetor que liga a localização do CMtsis ao joelho (CMtsis-joelho). Esses ângulos foram analisados durante as fases de absorção de potência articular de tornozelo e joelho, assim como na retirado do pé do solo. a rigides dinâmica do quadril não modificaram no início da fase de absorção da potência articular e na retirada do pé . o segundo estudo investigou os ajustes de rigidez dinãmica frente ao aumento de velocidade de marcha. Trinta e cinco indivíduos foram avaliados em duas condições randomizadas: velocidade autosselecionada e velocidade 25% superior a autoselecionada. a rigidez dinâmica articular e os ângulos entre a vertical e o vetor do centro de massa corporal (CM) ao tornozelo (CM-tornozelo) e ao joelho (CM-joelho) no plano sagital foram calculados semelhantemente ao primeiro estudo. Diferentes padrões de curva momento articular x ângulo articular de tornozelo foram observadas e os sujeitos foram categorizados de acordo com o padrão adotado entre as condições . o sexo deo participante foi considerado durante a análise. a mudança da rigidez dinâmica do tornozelo com o aumento da velocidade foi dependente do padrão adotado. O padrão com maior potencial de aproveitamento de energia mecânica no tornozelo apresentou aumento de rigidez dinâmica nessa articulação. O joelho apresentou o maior aumento de rigidez entre as articulaões. Foi observado aumento na rigidez dinâmica do quadril. o sexo do participante influenciou somente a rigidez dinâmica de tornozelo, em que os homens apresentaram maiores valores que as mulheres. Os ângulos CM-tornozelos e CM-joelho auemntaram com o aumento da velocidade na maior parte dos analisador. Os achados de ambos os estudos indicam que as articulações do membro inferior mudaram a rigidez dinâmica diferentemente. A compreensão desses ajustes na rigidez dinâmica pode contribuir com o entendimento de disfunções de marcha e com o desenvolvimento de implementos de auxílio a locomoção.The studies presented in this thesis aimed to investigate how occur adjustments to the dynamic stiffness of the joints of the lower limb in situations that require an increased demand on the musculoskeletal system. The first study investigated these adjustments across the load increase transported to the floor. Specifically, it analyzed the dynamic stiffness of the lower limb joints and the orientation of the total mass center of the system (participant and backpack - CMtsis) with respect to the ankle and the knee. Thirteen subjects were assessed in both gear conditions: without load and under load (load corresponding to 30% of body weight). The dynamic stiffness was calculated as the slope of the time curve joint x joint angle during key stages of power absorption ankle joint, knee and hip in the sagittal plane. Were calculated two angles in the sagittal plane (1) between a vertical and a vector connecting the location of CMtsis the ankle (CMtsis-ankle) and (2) between a vertical and a vector connecting the location of CMtsis the knee (CMtsis -knee). These angles were analyzed during power absorption stages ankle joint and knee, as well as removed from the ground up. the dynamic rigidity of the hip not changed at the start of power absorption phase and the joint removal of the foot. the second study investigated the stiffness adjustments DYNAMICS due to increased running speed. Thirty-five subjects were assessed in two randomized conditions: autosselecionada speed and speed 25% higher than autoselecionada. the dynamic stiffness and the angle between the vertical and the vector of the body center of mass (CM) to the ankle (CM-ankle) and knee (CM-knee) in the sagittal plane were calculated similarly to the first study. The standard with most mechanical energy harnessing potential in ankle increased by dynamic stiffness in that joint. The knee had the highest increase in stiffness between articulaões . There was an increase in the dynamics of hip stiffness. the participant's sex only influenced the dynamics of ankle stiffness, where men had higher values than women. The CM- CM ankle and knee angles auemntaram with increasing speed in most analyzer. The findings of both studies indicate that the joints of the lower limb changed the dynamic stiffness differently. Understanding these adjustments in the dynamic stiffness can contribute to the understanding of gait disorders and the development of locomotion aid implements
