A proposed training program for the family planning field worker in Tunisia

Includes bibliographical references (pages 51-52)This project is a program proposal for training Family Planning field workers in Tunisia. The program is based on the need felt by the Tunisian Family Planning Department to utilize Family Planning field workers.\ud The methodology employed is purely theoretical; however, it is based on some practical past experience in working with Family Planning field workers.\ud Chapter 1 deals with the statement and justification of the need for training these workers. Chapter 2 covers a literature review on training and the development of the curriculum of instruction. Chapter 3 describes the methodology of putting this training package together. In Chapter 4 the content of the proposed curriculum is designed in terms of concepts, objectives content outline, learning opportunities and evaluative criteria. Finally, as appendixes, a guide for Family Planning field workers is presented, along with task analysis criteria selection and recruitment, and suggested forms of evaluation
