FORMAÇÃO INICIAL E CONTINUADA DE PROFESSORES A DISTÂNCIA: ALGUMAS REFLEXOES.

The research Project “Teacher, your place is here DE: studies mediated by technologies about training, work and pedagogical practices in schools” aims to contribute to the discussions about the process of teachers training in distance education through a survey of the view that DE Pedagogy students from a private University have, concerning their education, teachers work and pedagogical practices. This way, it is essential to comprehend political and social issues that directly influence the process of construction and consolidation of distance teaching, besides understanding the regulatory/normative/legal instruments that assure the specificities of teachers training, through the Decree of Distance Education 5622/2005, the Quality Education Benchmarks (2007) and the Guidelines of Pedagogy Course (2006). Thus, when thinking about teaching, we should not take into account the education modality (classroom or distance teaching). We must consider it as interconnected knowledge, between theory and practice, which have the research and the reflexive training of teachers as their axis. The specificity of teachers’ training in the distance modality depends on the capacity of students to deal with technologies, as the instruments that mediate their education process.O projeto de pesquisa “Professor seu lugar é aqui EAD: estudos mediados pelas tecnologias sobre a formação, trabalho e práticas pedagógicas no espaço escolar” busca contribuir com as discussões sobre o processo de formação de professores na educação a distância através de um levantamento sobre a visão dos alunos do curso de Pedagogia EAD de uma Universidade privada, no que diz respeito a sua formação, trabalho docente e práticas pedagógicas. Nesse sentido, torna-se essencial compreender as questões políticas e sociais que impactam diretamente no processo de construção e consolidação do ensino à distância, além de entender os instrumentos normativos que garantem as especificidades da formação dos professores, através do Decreto da Educação a Distância 5622/2005, dos Referenciais de Qualidade da Educação a Distância (2007) e das Diretrizes do Curso de Pedagogia (2006). Assim, devemos compreender a docência, independente da modalidade de formação (presencial ou a distância) como saberes articulados entre teoria e prática, tendo como eixo a pesquisa e a formação reflexiva do professor. A especificidade da formação de professores na modalidade a distância, fica a cargo da familiarização e domínio das tecnologias, como ferramentas que mediam o seu processo de formação.
