Para tanto, os sistemas foram caracterizados elétrica, morfológica e estruturalmente, por meio de medidas elétricas (ac e dc), microscópicas (de força atômica, força elétrica e eletrônica de varredura), difratometria de raios-X, potencial de superfície (Kelvin Probe) e análises espectroscópicas (EDS, FTIR e Raman). Os resultados obtidos mostram que os filmes comportam-se como desordenados e são formados por aglomerados esféricos de ITO, dispersamente distribuídos na matriz polimérica e se aglomeram e formam caminhos condutivos que se interconectam induzindo, portanto, o sistema a: (i) variações de condutividade elétrica de isolante (1,83 10-9 S/m) a semicondutivo (4,64 10-4 S/m); (ii) variações da função trabalho, de -5,2 eV a -5,5 eV; (iii) percolação, a partir de x 0,12; (iii) a redução da energia de salto dos portadores de carga, de 217 meV para 11,8 meV, (iv) a redução do comprimento efetivo de condução da polianilina e, (v) a independência da constante dielétrica da PAni (k ), tanto em função de x quanto da temperatura na faixa de 50-350 K. Finalmente, as propriedades elétricas dos filmes PAni1-xITOx foram investigadas por meio de modelos de percolação, fenomenológicos (circuitos RCs), mecanismos de salto (Modelo de Barreira de Energia Livre Aleatória) e de Aproximação do Meio Efetivo (Modelo Maxwell Garnett), que forneceram, dentre outros parâmetros e características, os mecanismos de condução e as contribuições da matriz, das nanopartículas e das interfaces formadas entre elas como função de x e da temperatura.The present study has investigated nanoparticle hybrid films of indium tin oxide (ITO) embedded in the matrix of polyaniline (PAni) type PAni1-xITOx with 0 ≤ x ≤ 1. Therefore, the systems were characterized electrical, structural and morphological through electrical measurements (ac and dc), microscopy (atomic force, electric force and scanning electron microscopy), X-ray diffraction, surface potential (Kelvin Probe) and spectroscopic analyzes (EDS, FTIR and Raman). The results show that the films’ behave like disordered spherical agglomerates are formed by ITO, sparsely distributed in the polymeric matrix and agglomerate and form conductive paths that interconnect inducing therefore the system: (i) variations in the electrical conductivity of the insulator (1.83 10-9 S / m) and semi conductive (4.64 10-4 S / m) (ii) changes in the work function of - 5.2 eV to -5.5 eV, (iii) percolation from x 0,12 reduction of the energy of the charge carriers jump of 11.8 meV to 217 meV (iv ) the reduction of the effective length of conducting polyaniline and (v) the independence of the dielectric constant of Pani (k 13), as a function of x as the temperature in the range 50-350 K. Finally, the electrical properties of the PAni1-xITOx films were investigated by means of percolation models, phenomenological (RCs circuits), hopping mechanisms (Random Free Energy Barrier Model) and Effective Medium Approximation (Maxwell Garnett Model), which provided, among other parameters and characteristics, conduction mechanisms and the contributions of the matrix, the nanoparticles and interfaces formed between them as a function of x and temperature
