This paper focuses on the notion that in the prelinguistic and linguistic period of language acquisition, spoken languages and signed languages don´t have modal differences in the process of lexical language production. The investigation have evidences of the oral and signed languages (American Sign Language and Brazilian Sign Language),and it compares the lexical acquisiton.
