The city of Campina Grande started to be experienced gradually by this problem, with many years of successes between the decades of 1960 and 1980, in which also emerged the popular condominiums designed and extinguished by the National Bank of Housing (BNH). days, through the Minha Casa, Minha Vida (PMCMV) Program. In this work, the search object was directed to the housing complex located within the Multimodal Complex Aluízio Campos, which was designed and built under a PMCMV platform, and was established between the Municipality of Campina Grande (PMCG), State Government and the Federal Government. The first, the process of a new global evaluation of the Brazilian process, its integration with the Northeast region and the reasons for the locality. In a second moment, the research was centered in a study object, having as its theme the plan-project plan of the Multimodal Complex Aluízio Campos, plus the base of the housing complex that the supplementation, from maps, architectural diagrams, among other documents , including photographic records of the on-site visitation, as well as those published by the public or private public relations office. In the same way, to complement the research, semi-structured interviews were carried out and at the qualitative-quantitative methodological level with the people drawn with residences. Finally, at the end of the study, the final acknowledgments are shown and the systematics that were interpreted throughout the study are accurate.Um dos grandes desafios das políticas públicas desde o século passado vem sendo o processo habitacional brasileiro, sendo impactante em todas as regiões do território de acordo com as dimensões da nossa industrialização e urbanização anômala. A cidade de Campina Grande passou a vivenciar paulatinamente esta problemática, muito devido ao seu desenvolvimento econômico entre as décadas de 1960 e 1980, nas quais apareceram os condomínios populares projetados e agenciados pelo extinto Banco Nacional de Habitação (BNH), como também, referente aos dias atuais, pelo Programa Minha Casa, Minha Vida (PMCMV). Nesse trabalho, o objeto da pesquisa dirigiu-se ao conjunto habitacional localizado dentro do Complexo Multimodal Aluízio Campos, o qual foi idealizado e construído sob a plataforma do PMCMV, e estabelecido entre a Prefeitura Municipal de Campina Grande (PMCG), Governo do Estado e o Governo Federal. Primeiramente, efetivouse uma breve discussão histórica sobre o processo habitacional brasileiro, sua integração com a Região Nordeste e as fundamentações pertencentes à abrangência local. Em um segundo momento, a pesquisa foi centralizada no objeto de estudo, tendo como material o próprio plano-projeto do Complexo Multimodal Aluízio Campos, mais precisamente o conjunto habitacional que o suplementa, a partir de mapas, diagramas arquitetônicos, entre outros documentos, inclusive registros fotográficos da visitação in loco, como também os publicizados pela assessoria de comunicação de órgãos públicos ou privados. Do mesmo modo, para complementação à pesquisa, foram realizadas entrevistas do tipo semiestruturadas e no âmbito metodológico quali-quantitativo com as pessoas sorteadas com as residências. Por fim, ao final do trabalho, são evidenciadas as apreciações finais e as precisas análises sistemáticas que foram interpretadas ao longo do estudo
