Neste sentido, Objetivou-se com esta pesquisa, avaliar o efeito toxicológico do macerado de flores de anil, quanto adicionado a alimentação de abelhas operarias em ambiente controlado nas dependências do Centro de Ciências e Tecnologia Agroalimentar sertão paraibano. Para tanto, foram realizados bioensaios no Laboratório de Entomologia da Universidade Federal de Campina Grande, Campus de Pombal. Utilizou flores de Anil secas e trituradas. O pó das flores foi pesado em três frações diferentes (25%, 50% e 100%) e adicionado ao candi e água. As operarias recém emergidas foram distribuídas em conjunto de 20 insetos por caixa de madeira medindo 11 cm de comprimento por 11 de largura e 7 cm de altura, em três repetições e o controle, perfazendo 12 caixas e 240 abelhas operárias, foram acondicionadas em B. O. D com temperatura ajustada a 32º C e umidade de 70 %. O grupo controle recebeu apenas o candi e água. Diante dos resultados obtidos com a pesquisa pode-se observar que as abelhas do controle permaneceram vivas até os 20, para as tratadas com 25%, 50% e 100% respectivamente apresentaram mortalidade aos 15, 18 e 17 dias para as abelhas alimentadas com anil. A análise dos dados mostrou diferenças estatísticas significativas entre os tratamentos e o controle, sugerindo efeito tóxico do macerado de obtido a partir de flores de anil para operárias de abelhas africanizadas Apis mellifera. Sendo assim, podese concluir com a realização deste trabalho que: As abelhas alimentadas apenas com cândy (Controle) permaneceram vivas até os 20 mediante os tratamentos com anil (Indigofera suffruticosa Mill); As abelhas submetidas a nutrição controlada com as concentrações 25%, 50% e 75% do macerado das flores de anil, respectivamente apresentaram mortalidades aos 15, 18 e 17 dias; Flores de (Indigofera suffruticosa Mill) apresentou toxicidade à Apis melífera em condições de ambiente controlado.In some plants, secondary components of nectar or pollen may be toxic or repellent to their pollinators. In this sense, The objective of this research was to evaluate the toxicological effect of indigo macerated flowers, as added to the feeding of worker bees in a controlled environment in the facilities of the Paraíba Sertão Agro-Food Science and Technology Center. From the results obtained with the research it can be observed that the control bees remained alive until 20, for those treated with 25%, 50% and 100% respectively presented mortality at 15, 18 and 17 days for bees fed with indigo. Data analysis showed statistically significant differences between treatments and control, suggesting toxic effect of macerate obtained from indigo flowers for Africanized bee workers Apis mellifera.
