Manuscript of nutrition theses

Includes bibliographical references (pages 33-38)The purpose of this graduate project was to increase the exposure of completed student thesis projects to a particular subgroup of the public in hopes of expanding upon the information discovered within each of these thesis projects. Academic journals were selected based upon the topic of the thesis paper and the manuscripts were prepared to their specific instructions for peer-review. The manuscripts received guided feedback from professionals within the field prior to submission to their respective journals of choice
