Neste contexto, e a partir do problema de pesquisa antes delineado, depreendem-se os seguintes objetivos a)Central: Analisar, nos seus diversos aspectos, como a produção de olerícolas numa área produtora significativa, a de Lagoa Seca, no Brejo Paraibano, tem respondido ao aumento da demanda olerícola regional. b) Específicos: Estudar o regime de posse e de propriedade da terra , bem como o sistema de exploração e técnicas vigentes; Explicitar as relações de produção dominantes; Analisar a atuação dos órgãos executores da políticas de crédito rural e assistência técnica; Avaliar a influência dos financiamentos agrícolas na produção de hortaliças comparando a atuação do crédito institucional com a do crédito fornecido pelo intermediário; Estudar a adequação da tecnologia difundida pela assistência técnica as condições e recursos dos pequenos produtores; Verificar o grau de dependência do pequeno produtor em consequência de sua maior especializaçao produtiva; Detectar pontos de estrangulamento na estrutura de produção e circulação; Averiguar a atuação do Sindicato dos Trabalhadores Rurais de Lagoa Seca, enquanto entidade representativa classista.Our study constitutes a proposal to analyze certain aspects of the systems of production and commercialization of olerícolas in Paraíba, which are adjusted to the National System of Production and Supply. In this context, and from the research problem outlined above, the following objectives can be deduced: a) Central: To analyze, in its various aspects, how the production of olive groves in a significant producing area, Lagoa Seca, in Brejo Paraibano, has response to the increase in regional olive oil demand. b) Specific: To study the regime of ownership and ownership of land, as well as the system of exploitation and techniques in force; To explain the dominant relations of production; To analyze the performance of the agencies responsible for rural credit and technical assistance policies; To evaluate the influence of agricultural financing on the production of vegetables comparing the performance of institutional credit with that of credit provided by the intermediary; To study the adequacy of the technology diffused by the technical assistance to the conditions and resources of the small producers; To verify the degree of dependence of the small producer as a consequence of his greater specialization in production; Detect bottlenecks in the production and circulation structure; To verify the work of the Union of Rural Workers of Lagoa Seca, as representative class entity
