Person-organization fit (P-0 fit) has been studied widely over the past few\ud decades because of its impact on important organizational outcomes such as job\ud satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intentions. Environmental\ud issues are increasingly important to organizations and employees, but virtually no\ud research has been conducted investigating fit in terms of environmental values.\ud This study is trying to close this gap.
