Objectives: The presence of multiple diastema in anterior teeth compromises the smile esthetics and the harmony of the face, often interfering in the quality of life of the patient. This case report aims to address a direct and conservative restorative technique with composite resin for the esthetic resolution of multiple anterior diastema, reporting the restorative principles and indications for greater outcome predictability.
