Controle Restrito na leitura: avaliação de crianças com Transtorno do Espectro Autista

Three baseline tasks (LB) were performed with two different functions. The first was an (MTS) task syllable, in which the participant should present between 34% and 67% of hits to consider that he had restricted control in the reading of words. The second and third Baseline were (MTS) word-word and (MTS) syllable-syllable, used to ensure that participants had minimal repertoire of identity involving words and syllables. The MTS tasks were not strengthened, but Visual Auditory Discrimination (VR 3) sessions were inserted into a variable way to reinforce these responses and the responder continues to occur. For both participants, restricted control was identified. Error analysis showed patterns of position-restricted control responses, syllables or minim al verbal units as letters. During the Base (LB) MTS word-word and syllable-syllable there was an increase in the performance of participants, even if there was no specific reinforcement for the (MTS) tasks, which can infer the performance of some possible other unknown variables. After the (DOR) procedure, and with return to the Baseline, there was an improvement in the performance of both participants, indicating a decrease of the restricted control and change in the error pattern.Os objetivos do presente estudo foram (1) identificar controle restrito de estímulos no desempenho de crianças com Transtorno do Espectro Autista em uma tarefa de matchingto-sample (MTS) que utilizou sílabas e palavras como estímulos e (2) avaliar um procedimento conhecido como resposta de observação diferencial (DOR), que impedia que o responder da criança aos estímulos comparação fosse baseado em apenas uma das sílabas da palavra apresentada como modelo. Foram realizadas três tarefas de Linha de Base (LB) com duas funções diferentes. A primeira foi uma tarefa de MTS palavra-sílaba, na qual o participante deveria apresentar entre 34% e 67% de acertos para considerar que tinha controle restrito na leitura de palavras. A segunda e a terceira Linhas de Base foram tarefas de MTS palavra-palavra e MTS sílaba-sílaba, para assegurar que os participantes possuíam repertório mínimo de identidade envolvendo palavras e sílabas. As tarefas de MTS não foram reforçadas, mas foram inseridas em razão variável (VR 3) sessões de Discriminação Auditivo Visual para reforçar estas respostas e o responder continuar acontecer. Para os dois participantes foi identificado controle restrito. A análise de erros mostrou padrões de respostas de controle de restrito por posição, sílabas ou unidades verbais mínimas como letras. Durante as Linhas de Base (LB) MTS palavra-palavra e sílaba-sílaba houve aumento no desempenho dos participantes, mesmo não havendo reforço específico para as tarefas de MTS, o que pode inferir a atuação de algumas possíveis outras variáveis desconhecidas. Após o procedimento DOR, e com retorno à Linha de Base, observou-se melhora no desempenho de ambos os participantes, indicando diminuição do controle restrito e mudança no padrão de erro
