No. of bitstreams: 1 bslacerda.pdf: 3930327 bytes, checksum: 780b47d576222f985489321bc36eb703 (MD5) Previous issue date: 2014Esta investigação se insere nos campos da Literatura e da Memória Social, na linha de pesquisa em Memória e Linguagens Culturais, do Mestrado Profissional em Memória Social e Bens Culturais do UNILASALLE – Canoas, e tem por objeto identificar os rastros memoriais da cultura afro-brasileira em Casa da Palavra, do escritor contemporâneo Edimilson de Almeida Pereira. Questões ligadas à memória social e cultural serão os pontos de partida para a análise da obra em estudo. O projeto foi desenvolvido a partir de procedimentos específicos e de reflexão teórica acerca do tema dos rastros e da memória social. Do ponto de vista dos procedimentos técnicos, trata-se de um projeto que adotará a pesquisa bibliográfica e documental. A justificativa para tal estudo deve-se ao fato de que é preciso estudar a literatura afro-brasileira para torná-la mais conhecida e para dar ouvido às vozes, que não são poucas, até então abafadas pela sociedade. A presença do negro na literatura brasileira não escapa ao tratamento marginalizador que, desde as instâncias fundadoras, marca a etnia no processo de construção da nossa sociedade culturalmente híbrida. A literatura afro-brasileira encontra em Edimilson de Almeida Pereira um grande expoente uma vez que sua arte estimula leituras diversas nas quais as identidades sociais e culturais se apresentam como fenômenos de constante transposição. Sua obra apresenta uma proposta indenitária rizomática e transcultural, afirmando identidades sem tender ao panfletário.This research should be seen in the fields of Literature and Social Memory, in the research line on Memory and Cultural Languages of the Professional Masters in Social Memory and Cultural Heritage of UNILASALLE - Canoas, and is engaged in identifying memorial traces of the African-Brazilian culture in Casa da Palavra, by the contemporary writer Edmilson Pereira de Almeida. Some issues related to social and cultural memory are the starting points for the analysis of the work under study. The project was developed from specific procedures and theoretical reflection on the theme of traces and social memory. From the standpoint of technical procedures, it is a project that will adopt the bibliographic and documentary research. The reason for this study is due to the fact that we must study the African-Brazilian literature to make it more known and to listen to their voices, which are not few, until then stifled by society. The Blacks´ presence in the Brazilian literature has not escaped from an underprivileged treatment that since its beginning has branded ethnicity in the construction of our culturally hybrid society. The African-Brazilian literature finds in Edmilson Pereira de Almeida a great exponent since his art stimulates various readings in which social and cultural identities are presented as constant transposition phenomena. His work presents a rhizome and transcultural indemnity proposal, stating identities without tending to the pamphleteer
