Ludicidade e produção de sentido nas práticas educativas.

Está vinculada à linha de pesquisa Formação Docente, Teorias e Práticas Educativas do Programa de Mestrado em Educação, do Centro Universitário La Salle. Tal investigação tem por objetivo compreender como se dá a ludicidade e a produção de sentido nas práticas educativas doseducadores dos anos iniciais do ensino fundamental de uma Escola Municipal da região metropolitana de Porto Alegre. A pesquisa justifica-se pela relevância social, acadêmica e científica. Os sujeitos participantes são os professores de anos iniciais do Ensino Fundamental de uma escola municipal da grande Porto Alegre. A coleta de dados contou com o uso de diário de campo e entrevista semiestruturada. A análise dos dados foi balizada pela Técnica de Análise de Conteúdo proposta por Bardin. O referencial teórico que sustenta o estudo tem por base as proposições de Frankl acerca da produção de sentido; Erikson sobre desenvolvimento humano; Santos e Luckesi acerca do conceito de Ludicidade; Tardif, Pimenta e Cunha com os saberes docentes. A análise dos dados gerou 4 categorias constituintes da Produção de Sentido e Ludicidade nas práticas educativas: a) Escolha existencial; b) Marcas vivenciais no tempo e no espaço; c) Ação lúdica: desafios de efetivá-la na prática educativa; d) Escola: lugar de práticas instituídas e instituintes. Os dados apontam para a predominância de uma prática educativa solitária em relação à inserção da ludicidade e ainda demonstram que os educadores lúdicos têm internalizado subjetivamente esta concepção pelas vivências infantis. A análise dos dados aponta ainda a necessidade de uma visão mais humanizada e lúdica na escola e na formação docente, seja ela inicial ou permanente. Apresenta-se, por fim, as demandas formativas surgidas desta investigação.This research is characterized as a qualitative Case Study type. It is linked to the research line Teacher Education, Educational Theories and Practices of the Masters Program in Education, at La Salle University Center. This research aims to understand how the playfulness and the meaning production in teachers’educational practices in the early years of elementary school in a particular school, located in the metropolitan area of Porto Alegre. The research is justified by social, academic and scientific relevance. The participants are elementary school teachers, who teach children at the early years in a public school. Data collection included the use of a field journal and semi structured interview. Data analysis was limited by the content analysis technique proposed by Bardin. The theoretical framework that underpins the study is based on Frankl's propositions about the meaning production; Erikson on human development; Luckesi and Santos about the concept of Playfulness; Tardif, Pimenta and Cunha about teacher’s knowledge. Data analysis built four categories of Production constituents Sense and Playfulness in educational practices: a) Existential choose b) experiential brands in time and space; c) playful action: challenges in a effective educational practice; d) School: instituting and instituted practices. Data pointed to the predominance of asolitary educational practice instead of playfulness practice and it also showed that educators have internalized this concept subjectively by childhood experiences. Data analysis also points out the need of a more human and playful teacher training at school, whether initial or permanent. It is presented, finally, the arising demands for teacher’s formation
