This study aimed to establish a diagnostic about quality of raw milk in a farm of Rio Pomba, Minas Gerais and to apply good agricultural practices. Samples of production ambient including teats, liners and hands of milkers were collected and it was evaluated the contamination degree of total coliforms, fecal coliforms, Escherichia coli and coagulase positive Staphylococcus. Also, raw milk samples from each animal, raw milk sample from the expansion tank and samples of water used on the farm for sanitization were collected to evaluate the physico-chemical and microbiological quality.
