PRELUDIO HISTÓRICO DE LA CONTABILIDAD Y SU ANALOGÍA DIRECTA CON LA MODELACIÓN MATEMÁTICA

The main intention of this communication is to show that throughout the  history of Humanity the disciplines of Accounting and Mathematics have had an intimate connection and a parallel development, one next to the other. Today, as well as in the past, the mathematical models are necessary and we would even say indispensable to deepen  the discussion, and to be able to advance in our collective intention to formalize our accounting discipline as a science. With the development of this investigation we try to contribute to the improvement of the quality of accounting education, by studying how accounting is taught, and based on this analysis, to promote pertinent changes in the curricula of Public Accountant's office, particularly regarding contents, methodologies, bibliography and evaluation . To contribute concrete tools of analyses, that allow the focus of education on mathematical issues in a local, regional and national context, and which in addition may have parameters of evaluation, analysis and synthesis, on the aspects that concern  the suitable use of mathematics in the development of the Public Accountant’s daily tasks, in order to improve their processes of analysis and decision making.La principal intención de esta comunicación es mostrar que durante toda la historia de la Humanidad las disciplinas Contabilidad y Matemáticas han estado íntimamente unidas y su desarrollo ha sido paralelo, una junto a la otra. Hoy, así como en la antigüedad, los modelos matemáticos se hacen necesarios y diríamos incluso indispensables para profundizar la discusión y hacer posibles los avances en nuestra intención colectiva de formalizar nuestra disciplina contable como una ciencia. Por medio de esta investigación se intenta contribuir al aumento de la calidad de la educación contable a través del estudio de su didáctica, y a partir de este análisis promover cambios adecuados en los currículos de Contaduría Pública, particularmente en lo que se refiere a contenidos, metodologías, bibliografía y evaluación. Contribuir con herramientas de análisis concretas, que permitan centrar la educación en las cuestiones de las matemáticas orientadas de frente a un contexto local, regional y nacional, y que además puedan contar con parámetros de evaluación, análisis y síntesis en lo que se refiere al uso adecuado de las matemáticas en la actividad diaria del Contador Público para enriquecer sus procesos analíticos y de toma de decisiones
