Peace Corps : motivational factors to enhance volunteer recruitment and retention

I have also supplied a brief history of the Peace Corps, four motivational factors that contributed to the Peace Corps' beginnings which relate to the motivational factors of the volunteers. In the end, I supply strategies for long-term volunteer recruitment and retention
