ADOÇÃO TARDIA: UM NOVO (RE)COMEÇO?

The research aims to reflect on the affective partner processes and subjectivity of subjects in late adoption. The question that guides the present research is: What are the main elements that constitute the subjectivity in the affective relationship in late adoption? This was a qualitative investigation based on research in articles and data from the National Council of Justice (CNJ). It is described in the literature that late adoption is very present both in Brazilian society and in Goiás, although hidden and denied by these, as the result of a complex set of factors, mainly social abandonment. Noting the frightening growth of these children and adolescents in shelters, the National Council of Justice created the National Registry of Adoption (CNA) and National Registry of Accepted Children and Adolescents (CNCA), so that the Public order to direct efforts in the construction of policies for this demand of society. The results showed that there are more families in the registers than children and adolescents available, however, in view of a culture of requirements for light-skinned children under the age of three and females, we can note the increase in the number of children institutionalized children. It is concluded that in the subjective relations that occur due to the greater age of the children in late adoption, in which both parents and children must live in a new beginning in the phases of adaptation and experience of these attachment relationships. Still in the bibliographic review we had access to studies that emphasize the need to reflect on the return in which these children live; the problem of identity arising from their history of abandonment and the construction of attachment relationships that must subsidize this new (re) beginning.A pesquisa tem como objeto o estudo da adoção tardia no Brasil e as relações pautadas na subjetividade dos indivíduos envolvidos. O objetivo é refletir sobre os processos socioafetivos e a subjetividade dos sujeitos na adoção tardia. A pergunta que norteia a presente pesquisa é: quais os principais elementos que constituem a subjetividade na relação sócio afetiva na adoção tardia? Tratou-se de uma investigação qualitativa a partir de pesquisas em artigos e dados do Conselho Nacional de Justiça (CNJ). Está descrito na literatura que a adoção tardia é bastante presente tanto na sociedade brasileira como em Goiás, embora escondida e negada por estas, como fruto de um complexo conjunto de fatores, principalmente sociais, do abandono. Observando o crescimento assustador da quantidade de crianças e adolescentes em instituições de acolhimento, o Conselho Nacional de Justiça criou o Cadastro Nacional de Adoção (CNA) e o Cadastro Nacional de Crianças e Adolescentes Acolhidos (CNCA), para que o Poder Público tenha maior controle sobre as informações pertinentes a esse contingente populacional tão vulnerável, a fim de direcionar esforços na construção de políticas para essa demanda da sociedade. Os resultados demonstraram que há mais famílias nos cadastros do que crianças e adolescentes disponíveis; porém, diante de uma cultura de exigências por crianças de pele clara, com idade menor que três anos e do sexo feminino, notam-se razões para o aumento no quantitativo de crianças institucionalizadas. Conclui-se que, nas relações subjetivas que ocorrem devido a maior idade das crianças na adoção tardia, que tanto os pais como as crianças devem conviver em um novo (re)começo nas fases de adaptação e vivência dessas relações de apego. Na conclusão, enfatizamos a necessidade de problematizarmos cada vez mais sobre o processo de regressão que essas crianças vivenciam; o problema de identidade advindo de sua história de abandono e a importância das relações de apego que devem subsidiar esse novo (re)começo
