EDUCAÇÃO INCLUSIVA: UMA REFLEXÃO SOBRE A POLÍTICA SOCIAL DA PESSOA COM DEFICIÊNCIA.

For this, was made a documentary and bibliographical research in order to make a brief survey of the laws, documents and authors who deal with social policy disabled person in Brazil, Goiás and Uruaçu, looking for to analyze the development of this policy and its consonance with the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (ONU, 2006). The results point to the way they work the National Policy for Special Education in Inclusive Education Perspective on meeting the needs of disabled students in school. From the analysis of documents related to the central categories that involve the discussion of social policy disabled person, inclusive education is not honored as guides laws and documents that directs. Therefore, it is necessary commitment and good efforts political both of the governments as representatives of schools and civil society in building an inclusive education that educates for citizenship and for the emancipation of the disabled person and all people in societyEsta dissertação objetiva analisar a Educação Inclusiva e avaliar a política social da pessoa com deficiência e seu impacto na execução das leis e programas que regulamentam os direitos sociais da pessoa com deficiência na perspectiva da educação inclusiva, possibilitando sua emancipação como ser social. Para isso, foi desenvolvida uma pesquisa documental e bibliográfica a fim de fazer um breve levantamento das leis, documentos e autores que tratam da política social da pessoa com deficiência no Brasil, Goiás e em Uruaçu, procurando analisar o desenvolvimento dessa política e sua consonância com a Convenção Sobre os Direitos da Pessoa com Deficiência (ONU, 2006). Os resultados obtidos apontam para o modo como funciona a Política Nacional de Educação Especial na Perspectiva da Educação Inclusiva no atendimento às necessidades do aluno com deficiência na escola. A partir da análise documental relacionada com as categorias centrais que envolvem a discussão da política social da pessoa com deficiência, a educação inclusiva não é efetivada como orientam as leis e os documentos que a direcionam. Nesse sentido, é necessário comprometimento e boa vontade política, tanto dos governantes como dos representantes de escolas e da sociedade civil, em construir uma educação inclusiva que educa para o exercício da cidadania e para a emancipação da pessoa com deficiência e de todas as pessoas da sociedade
