Gestão de arqueação de tanques: uma nova proposta

No. of bitstreams: 1 2005_JoãoAlbertoNevesdosSantos.pdf: 211840 bytes, checksum: d5ef561aac6b1d8b8ae6ac11f321499a (MD5) Previous issue date: 2005O Inmetro ainda não regulamentou a arqueação de tanques no Brasil, mas, desde os anos 50 vem prestando estes serviços às empresas, tendo qualificado seus técnicos executores com referência a metrologia americana, ou seja, utilizando-se as práticas normativas do que viria a ser no futuro as normas da API – American Petroleum Institut. No final dos ano 90 o Inmetro iniciou um processo de pesquisa de satisfação de seus clientes e constatou que seria necessário rever seu modelo de gestão e execução da atividade de arqueação de tanques, com o objetivo de harmonizar os seus procedimentos com os paises com os quais comercializa petróleo e derivados. Fica , também, claro neste trabalho que, o que se chama de sistema Inmetro, pois, os Ipems São Paulo , Minas Gerais, Rio Grande do Sul, Bahia e Amazonas, já foram treinados para a execução de arqueação e estão prestando este serviço sobre a supervisão das equipes do Inmetro. ____________________________________________ABSTRACT : Inmetro still didn't regulate the measuremente of the tanks in Brazil, but, since the fifties it is rendering these services to the companies, having qualified their executive technicians with reference to the American metrology, In other words, being used the normative practices of what would come to be in the future of these norms API - American Petroleum Institut. In the end of the 90s Inmetro began a process of research for their customers' satisfaction and it verified that it would be necessary to review his/her administration model and execution of the activity of measurement of the tanks, with the objective of harmonizing their procedures with the countries with which it markets petroleum and flowed He/she is, also, clear in this work, that calls her of the system Inmetro, because of the Ipems São Paulo, Minas Gerais, Rio Grande do Sul, Bahia and Amazon, they were already trained for the capacity measurement of the tanks execution and they are rendering this service on the supervision of the teams of Inmetro.13 f. : il
