Neste programa de comparação interlaboratorial, os elementos traços Ca, Cu, Fe, K, Mg, Na, Se e Zn em soro humano foram determinados por 4 laboratórios utilizando os seus métodos rotineiros. Neste estudo, foi estimada a incerteza padrão combinada das análises onde foram consideradas as incertezas da curva de calibração, diluição e repetitividade, sendo a maior fonte de contribuição detectada a proveniente da curva de calibração. Os resultados codificados estão graficamente expressos e comparados com os valores de referência certificados estabelecidos pelo Institute for Reference Materials and Measurements -IRMM. ____________________________________________________________________________________.ABSTRACT - The National Institute of Metrology, Normalization and Industrial Quality - Inmetro - is a federal autarchy, tied with the Industry, Ministry of Public Works and the Economy and Foreign Commerce and amongst the abilities and attributions they are distinguished to plan and to execute proficiency assays, in national level. In this evaluation program the trace elements Ca, Cu, Fe, K, Mg, Na, Se and Zn in human serum had been determined by 4 laboratories using its routine methods. In this study, the standard combined uncertainty was estimated where the calibration curve, dilution and repetitivity had been considered and the biggest contribution was proceeding from the calibration curve. The codified results are graphically reported and compared to certified reference values established by Institute for Reference Materials and Measurements – IRMM.12 p. : il
