Includes bibliographical references (pages 32-36)The purpose of this project was to create a guidebook to aid individuals struggling with grief, bereavement, and loss through use of creative writing. A detailed literature review covers various models for the stages/process of grief, bereavement, and loss. Additional aspects of the literature review provide an overview of narrative therapy and creative writing in therapy. An integration of the narrative and creative writing is suggested. The project, a guidebook for navigating the grief process through writing and recommended for use by individuals and/or in conjunction with therapy, is included in the appendix
