This paper will examine the geomorphic evolution\ud and demise of the Lytle Creek fan through analysis of the\ud alluvial deposits and the landforms with which they are associated. Stratigraphy and pedogenesis of the alluvium\ud tell much of the story, for here lies the evidence used for\ud dating the geomorphic events sketched out on the following\ud pages
