O Direito e a Ciência Econômica: a possibilidade interdisciplinar na contemporânea Teoria Geral do Direito

The article treats with the thematic of Law’s General Theory from an economic perspective, detaching the efficiency like an analytical and theoretical instrument to the law, per passing the possibility of an inclusive alterative and concluding by the Social Economic Efficiency Principle – SEEP. Besides, the several focus given to the law by the Economic Science, bases and theoretical search man, with special emphasis to the work of the thinking man Richard Posner called Economic Analysis of Law, detaching the use of the maxims of the Juridical Scholl Law and Economics on the Civil Law
