Carbon nanomaterials have received a great deal of attention and investment in recent years, not only because of their excellent properties, but also driven by the fact that conventional Si-based electronics is pushed to its limits, and when the size of a Si based transistor is miniaturized to several nanometers, the cost increases dramatically.
