This dissertation proposes a new method for robotic sound source localization that reliesupon a series of networked robots. Common methods of sound source localization will bediscussed in the first chapter. The second chapter will cover the design and construction of therobots used in this project, focusing on hardware design and implementation. Chapter three willdetail the new methodology for sound source localization proposed in this project, focusing ontwo separate methods of locational determination and resulting in a comparison of those twomethods. The final chapter will present conclusions arrived at through the process of building andtesting this system as well as provide direction for future work in this area
