BackgroundThe majority of literature on evidence-based practice (EBP) adaptation focuses on changes to clinical practices without explicitly addressing how organizations must adapt to accommodate a new EBP. This study explores the process of organizational-rather than EBP-adaptation during implementation and sustainment.
