PurposeTo determine the agreement between the Humphrey Matrix perimeter 10-2 test and the 10-2 Humphrey Field Analyzer (HFA) test when assessing visual function in patients with age-related macular degeneration (AMD).MethodsForty-two eyes of 42 subjects with AMD (average 75.0 years, SD=6.2: median visual acuity in logarithm of the minimum angle of resolution of 0.26, range, -0.12 to 1.04) were evaluated with the Matrix and HFA 10-2 visual field tests.
