ObjectiveTo determine the cause and course of a novel syndrome with progressive encephalopathy and brain atrophy in children.MethodsClinical whole-exome sequencing was performed for global developmental delay and intellectual disability; some patients also had spastic paraparesis and evidence of clinical regression.
