Strategy cannot be learned from Strategy books, all disciplines must be interrelated in order to make sustainable strategic decisions over time. The strategy is based on understanding emotions, mental models, surroundings, consumers, the key players and fundamentally working on spiritual issues in order to achieve a team that develops joyfully, with relaxed intensity and Passion.
